The LeGaye Law Firm, a law firm focused on compliance and regulatory issues for the financial industry, is pleased to announce its upcoming attendance at the 2015 National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) National Conference in National Harbor, Maryland, November 1-4, 2015.
In attendance will be Daniel E. LeGaye and Mr. Michael Schaps, who bring with them a seasoned perspective from dealing first-hand with the real issues facing broker-dealers and investment advisors for over two decades.
The 2015 NSCP National Conference is one of the most comprehensive educational gatherings within the securities compliance industry, covering topics encompassing IA, BD, Hedge Fund/Private Fund and Investment Company compliance issues. Workshops, labs, and roundtable sessions are all led by experienced industry veterans who focus on the practical implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
This year, NSCP plans to focus on several relevant themes such as anti-money laundering, cybersecurity, compliance training, conflicts of interest, due diligence and much more.
