Elimination of Continuing Education at Testing Centers

As of January 4, 2016, FINRA has offered all of the Regulatory Element Programs (S101, S106, S201 and S901) through the FINRA CE Online System.  CE Online provides participants with the flexibility to satisfy their Regulatory Element requirement from a home or office computer. During this transition, FINRA has offered participants the option to complete their session either using CE Online or at a Pearson VUE or Prometric testing center.

Effective July 1, 2016, the CE Regulatory Element Programs will no longer be available at the Pearson VUE and Prometric testing centers. Participants will be required to exclusively satisfy their CE Regulatory Element requirement via CE Online. However, pursuant to the ADA, participants who need an accommodation to complete their CE session via the FINRA CE Online System due to a disability should review FINRA’s CE Online Delivery Program Web page or contact FINRA’s Special Accommodations team at (800) 999-6647, option 2 for further assistance.
