FINRA BOARD OF GOVERNORS ELECTION

As a reminder, ballots for FINRA’s election to fill one small firm seat and one large firm seat on the FINRA Board of Governors must be submitted prior to the Annual Meeting scheduled for August 14, 2014. Eligible firms are urged to vote. To ensure that FINRA receives sufficient proxies to satisfy the annual meeting quorum requirements, as well as to ensure broad participation in the election by all firms that are eligible to vote, executive representatives may also receive telephone reminders during the election period.

Please review Election Notice 7/9/14 for information about voting methods and candidate profiles. If you need a new proxy card to vote in this election, contact FINRA’s Corporate Secretary at (202) 728-8949 and we will arrange to have one emailed to you from the Inspector of Elections.
