SIFMA suggested adjusting MCDC’s 5‐10 year look‐back period to determine whether or not issuers have made materially inaccurate statements in offering documents regarding prior continuing disclosure compliance, as well as extending the end date of MCDC from September 9, 2014 to March 10, 2015 in order to provide sufficient time for issuers and underwriters to communicate, coordinate, and compare findings from their separate compliance investigations Comment Letter
